06Cancellation & Refund Policy

07Intellectual Property

All concepts, designs, creatives, layouts, branding materials, and content created by Suvinity remain the intellectual property of Suvinity unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute Suvinity's work without prior permission.

08Use of Event Media

Suvinity reserves the right to use photographs, videos, renders, or visuals from completed projects for portfolio, website, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed with the client.

09Limitation of Liability

Suvinity shall not be liable for:
